Minnesota Family Law Attorney — Making A Difference One Client At A Time

As a St. Paul family law attorney, I have devoted more than 23 years to helping individuals and couples resolve parenting issues, settle divorce issues and get on with their lives.

I help my clients keep more control over important divorce matters such as child custody and property division by encouraging flexibility and injecting a spirit of compromise into negotiations.

My extensive training as an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) lawyer allows me to help couples avoid prolonged disputes, which are emotionally taxing. The result is a divorce settlement that is more satisfying for both parties in the long run.

As a social early neutral evaluator, financial Early Neutral Evaluator (ENE), Parenting Time Expeditor (PTE), Custody Evaluator (CE) and a qualified neutral, I am uniquely qualified to assist you in evaluating whether your case would benefit from going through the ADR process.

Making A Difference One Client At A Time

My grandparents and parents were a significant influence on my life. Continuing the tradition of my parents and grandparents who valued life by it donation rather than duration. To honor my grandparents and parents, I donate 5 percent of my profit to five charities: Feed My Starving Children; Heifer International; Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services; Blessings in a Backpack; and Disabled American Veterans.

I offer a free consultation in which I can answer many of your questions regarding divorce. Call 651-243-6005 or use the contact form to schedule an appointment.
